We are pleased to provide you with the latest information about the Alarm IT Factory and the Alarm Control Center (ACC) in this newsletter. This time, the focus is on two exciting highlights of the new ACC version V25, which will be released in November. We would also like to invite you to visit us at SPS 2024 in Nuremberg. Please also note our important information on the upcoming discontinuations at the end of October 2024.

|
Channel HTTP(S)
The new HTTP(S) channel enables alerting via services with web interfaces such as HTTP, HTTPS or REST. These include online SMS providers, email services, Microsoft Teams or Confluence. The ACC can be used to automatically send SMS, emails or Teams messages or create Confluence pages, for example. The configuration of the web calls is completely user-defined - the customer determines the required URLs and the content to be transmitted directly in the channel. This allows alarm messages to be integrated flexibly and seamlessly into a wide variety of systems.

Channel TETRAcontrol
The new channel for TETRAcontrol enables messages to be sent to TETRA radios via the TETRAcontrol software from Status 3 IT. Thanks to the TETRA standard, text messages can be sent specifically to various radios connected to a TETRA radio network. This channel offers a reliable way of transmitting alarms and important information quickly and directly to emergency services and other mobile units equipped with TETRA radios. |
